Alexa Chung, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, and Jennifer Lawrence are all rocking the haircut of the moment: the messy lob. It's playful, sophisticated and sexy. I've been obsessing over this hairstyle for months, but there's one thing that kept me from getting the chop. I have very thick hair, and the last thing I want is a huge triangle on my head.
My sister has a medium hair thickness. As I thought I could never get my own hair toned down into a light-weight bob, I decided to convince her to get it. I sent her tons of Pinterest images of the perfect lob, but she still hasn't done it. The more pins I collected on my hair & beauty board, the more I started to think that a good hairdresser might be able to give me that dreamy lob.
So yesterday I did it, I made an appointment at Amsterdam's best hairdresser Rob Peetoom. In three days I will go in with my Pinterest board and trust the Senior Stylist. I am so excited and curious how it turns out!
